I don't think its even that. There should be no residency issues since both companies are based in CO with CO residency. I think it has more to do with increasing IR professionalism and better communication.

They don't want random message board bashers twisting information from their growers in order to manipulate investor sentiment, as has happened in the past. Rockbrook is a dispensary, not an IR firm able to answer questions on CBIS development status.

Good move, imo.
