EDIT; Wilson, I cannot imagine anyone partnering with ASFXD unless they are the controlling party post partnering.

I hope you are right, but I just do not see it.

In my opinion, the only real value here is the public vehicle. If they did they would probably want it in BK and then pull it out hopefully preserving the shell.
