As a major shareholder of VOXR I've been asked by the Principal Joseph Torkan to help work on a R/M, well, I can tell you I've got 2 candidates, and 1 is completely ready to go.

I asked the VOXR CEO why let this be in shell form for over 6 years now? He said, its the best shell out there, 13M O/S, 0 debt, and we want a great deal. The insiders lost about $5M, so they want at least that back in equity.

Well, it's going to happen, and soon. I've got a meeting set up for next Monday with a firm representing a miner who is ready to proceed.
