Hey Stervc,

Thanks for the reply. Its obvious and plain to see as the nose on your face that this Davis is clueless and does not belong running any public company. He has been there for how long? I am thinking about organizing a shareholders special meeting to get this guy fired as he is totally useless to us. I don't know who to contact yet for the info, maybe the SEC or some other agency, but someone needs to do something before this guy continues to bleed us and maybe new investors dry. He said in his letter, that we do not want to subsist on convertible debentures and that is exactly what he is doing.

Any thoughts or ideas let me know.
