Just curious...what does it really matter? At the end of 2009 Imperial Wireless was supposed to be rolling out service to ALL 50 states. Throughout the entire year it was not even possible to get IW service, let alone contact tech support...or billing...or any other myriad of departments that would be hosted by a company offering internet services to even a small community let alone many large cities. Clear certainly never admitted to having a relationship with Imperial Wireless.

Patents and the roll out of IW were why I invested in the first place. Just to find out in 2011 that the company was supposedly in an R&D stage during 2010 (mind you, there was no hint of this during 2010 while my $40k+ dollars sat and languished along with the monies of many other trusting folks). That IS NOT what the company promoted in the "forward looking" statements in 2009.

If I were a new investor looking in and I did my DD for the last 2 years...I would have to be honest and say this is not a good opportunity, it is NOT speculative...it is extremely risky and will most likely amount to loss or bag holding for a very long time. Especially if you are actually an investor and not a flipper. And to the flippers I would say look at the avg. shares traded...not much money to be made here at this time. Maybe once the company has had time for its current reputation to be forgotten you might be able then to make a little money. But it ain't lookin' good from my point of view or I would be looking at flipping myself now. At this point I am just hoping beyond hope this "contract" they mentioned is legit. Forget about the finalized JV, if that was truly so hot on the burner it would have occured immediately after MDGC had the Yield sign removed.

Ok I am done for the day. It is Thursday, maybe Val will actuaully reveal something today so people can tell me I told you so. I would in absolute sincerity welcome it.
