When re-reading your post it appears you are dividing both the OS# and price per share by 10? That is not correct.

If a 1:10 RS were done today at a .17 price per share the following would happen

OS# 150MM

price per share
$1.70

Market cap is the same 255MM

A 1:10 RS would not get us to the big boards.
