Sass is here to help bring transparency to shareholders. When the R/M was first PRed, there was some false or over exaggerated claims made against Sunlogics Inc and its management. Sass came on board to help clarify these claims. While clarifying these claims, one would question who is sunbits such that he would know such info. I believe that is why Sass must identify him to the board.

Sass answering the tough questions helped shareholders better understand their investments. I would investment in a company with managements that have such integrity.
