If USRI can purchase an on-going entity with PROVEN REVENUE for $1 per share, every shareholder should realize their holdings have VALUE BEYOND THE PRESENT DAY SHARE PRICE. I'm sure the CEO isn't cncerned with what the "market thinks" he's more concerned with day-to-day operations, expansion of the business and long-term shareholder value. That's all ANY GOOD CEO would care about, no different here. This isn't a "quick buck" stock . . . it's a long-term play on the road to becoming a dominanr player in its space . . .
