AMtrade, it might save you time by asking the folks at Ameritrade first before transferring the shares. They might tell you that they can't trade it.

Does anyone here know of any Broker that can trade VLXC? Any Discount Brokers able to Trade VLXC, specifically?

(Apparently, someone is able to Trade VLXC shares, even with the DTCC Restriction - as it seems that only certain Brokers are restricted - but, the question is "Which Broker should we Transfer our Stock to?")
