I appreciate your candid response, still I hold that the debt held by the banks Re: XI, is still outstanding and as you say significant paymets are being made via the guarantees. The banks never intended to repay the the US originated debt, so they would not agree to a plan to revitalize XI knowing that US debt would have to be paid. Now with a 7 in hand, they do not have any obligation as to US debt. Now they will restart XI, with limited production, and public annonuncements. A typical business plan to grow stock value. Just an thought.
