Ohio will play a part as well for BMOD going forward.....

From this interview CEO mentioned that Ohio had a specific program that funds companies just like BMOD called the Third Frontier Initiative. That Obio deal most likely was part of the plan to tap into the Ohio Third Frontier Initiative funding.
