The company is responsible for paying off its own debt. The financial backing is for getting the projects off the ground (that's what I understood from the PRs anyway). It makes sense to me, as I would want to only invest in money-making projects and not use my money to pay off somebody else's debt.

Let the company get out of debt and get these projects rolling - you will see the rewards if you give it a chance.
