You must have a lot $$$ invested in MWIS.

To sue the SEC, it would be money and time consuming..
I've been watching one Penny Stock case, they got sue by the SEC, been almost over 5 Years, and they're going on trial with Jury this summer, if i'm not mistaken...

I don't think Scottrade will lock this for long..
