Its Very Simple

All the items you have listed can be thrown out the window with one plot generating revenues from gold.

Virtual offices, that is the way to go IMHO, why pay huge rent for an office when you can handle your needs through the virtual office concept. I work with several companies that do that.

The oil terminal, my opinion, if they are making money with Gold and the bank and they wont renegotiate terms on the terminal, let it go back.

Bottom Line, if they can generate revenues and earnings which they have already projected plot C to be included in Aprils financials that alone for me basically blows away all the time you spent building your list....
