My top 10 opinions for the week.

10. Those naysayers that took the time to impugn the character of Robert Shapiro rather than address the arguments in his letter revealed their true agenda since his credentials are essentially unimpeachable.

9. Joining Frizzell seems like a good idea to me since this judge is going to HAVE to raise an eyebrow when 200B (my estimate by hearing time) shares show up in court through him.

8. I still believe the SEC has actual leverage over Urban based on evidence they have accumulated relating to his mismanagement of financial records. Whether intentional or simply reckless, it is still my opinion that Urban's maverick style has compromised some things, and that is the pressure point with which the SEC/DTC may be attacking. All jmo.

7. Oops. Looks like carquest44 bungled his prediction AGAIN. Anyone noticiing a pattern with the pumpers on RB? It is with virtual certainty that if someone predicts news or information, it WILL NOT HAPPEN.

6. I think The Trader Show would be incredibly exciting (in fact I would watch it) if the SEC raided Topo's residence to bring him down for imo what appears to be a blatant outright pump and dump of AZTM. If he owns stock in AZTM, he should receive jail time imo. For the life of me, I still do not know why UC has ever involved topo in the past other than, well, you know my opinion on UC's judgment ....

5. I still have no idea what leverage Maheu and others may be exerting behind the scenes, but it must be some powerful stuff for a .00005 company to still be up and slugging away.

4. Things are about to get interesting imo with respect to the hearing. Soon we should have the list of witnesses the SEC plans on deposing/cross-examining. We should have their discovery requests. And we should have full access to any evidence they plan on using at the hearing. This should give Frizzell quite a bit more information and insights and, since technically I will be his client, I have a right to know this information too. I look forward to understanding just what kind of case exactly the SEC is trying to build against CMKX and/or Urban and how strong/weak their evidence is.

3. I would actually be quite in favor of Roger Glenn being called in as a witness. I am still curious as hell as to what exactly he was doing all that time and what went wrong/right.

2. Good LUCK to anyone planning on attending the hearing. Get there EARLY. IMO you'll be competing for those 40 limited seats with some hedge funds/MMs/media. I think you can assume that Lee Webb, Carol Remond and imo whoever is feeding Janice Shell all her info will all be there along with possibly some hedge fund/MM reps. The information to be gleened is too important to trust secondhand.
