I believe there could have been people who knocked this stock down in an attempt to buy more shares at a lower level- there are catalyst all over the place on this stock- You cant find many penny plays capable of 50-100 million DOLLAR acquisitions- as for earnings there are tons of penny stocks that trade higher year after year on hopes of someday turning profits these guys just announced there in store for profits- people want filing,proof and to build a comfort level. this stock is explosive but it will continue drive people crazy with near term volatility- JMO
