I'm very convinced, the mover is auto MM, pressing this down on purpose. I saw again, he brought down the ask, when volume coming on ask side. But the new ask he brought down has the minimum number of shares to register in L2, 5000. Looks like he's pressing down ask with his shares with minimum to load up more. If he ever wanted to sell, probably the share size on ask should have been bigger than that. He's sacrificing some of his shares to load up.
