This is 100% on topic for this stock, discussing a DTC global lock that has been placed on this stock.

Additionally, I just spoke to the CEO of MWIS. He confirmed that he was aware of the global lock, calling it "crazy", and he mentioned that none of the employees involved in the SEC complaint are with the company today. He has contacted the DTC but has not received a response. Additionally, his lawyer is now involved.

He said that he can not give a timeline for resolution given that the DTC has not responded, but mentioned that he is following up on the situation.
