The Care Bot has been tested many days (not just one day, if I understand correctly) in elderly persons residences. The whole purpose of the Care bot is suppose to keep the elderly in their own home instead of going to a nursing home. Pearl was tested in a nursing home, not as you said "many people in several homes/appts (I guess that stands for apartments?) Looks like they had Pearl testing in the nursing home just for a day, but i don't know.
