Well she was the operator I have to say that this company answers the phone immediately. They have three departments Installation, customer service, and technical assistance. Remember that she is only the operator. I would personally contact the CEO except this I think is better handled by a more qualified person here on this board. I am not to good at emailing and expressing myself on the computer as I am sure you can tell,
