Until we know a lot more about the assets in TPW and KC, any deal would have to include the upside to be approved. In other words, something to the effect like a JV or merger, whereas the farmin brings a ton of drilling money for some percentage.

Frankly, I'm pretty sure Chris would turn doen any deal less than resplendant.
