I agree. I strongly doubt that PCFG would buy a new Hy-G, and just let it sit idle. The latest posted pics show earth moving equipment in use. To me it seems more than obvious that some degree of production has started. I think they are getting some money together so they can hire on a crew, and get full production rolling. Who knows, maybe they've already hired a few. It won't be long, and we'll all be wishing we had loaded up down here.
