I have held to my word and not sold. The Management sucks as they relate to business. They have ZERO credibility with the market and with me. I am not investing or holding the floor on the BID. In my messages to the company I told them exactly the steps they need to take to "make it" in this market. I honestly believe that they are selling all they can down here and that is complete stupidity as they are diluting its Shareholder base and when they run out of shares I have to believe that they will do a stock split/restructuring so they can sell more shares as they run out. All I know is that if I conducted business like they have been doing in my area I would be targeted and put 6 foot under in no time. I am not giving them a threat in any way. I am just saying how this world turns....... You know those GREEN PEACE types can get violent....LOL! I am just holding and keeping an eye on the PPS and when I get an opportunity to sell into a pump and dump will do so. Then again, if we were to get a PR that had meat on the bones I would promote this stock. They know exactly what they need to do. We already know that they are slow and novice business amatures. This does not mean that they will not get it right someday. I have never been so dissapointed with Management in my life with any company I have invested in. Past performance will tell us that with most of these Pinks that if they have had a profitable pump and dump they will do it again. I can not promote KHGT knowing that my shares will someday be dumped onto new bagholders. My plan is to stay mute on this one and someday sell at a higher price knowing I had nothing to do with the pump. I suggest that no one do something stupid like meeting the CEO outside his kids school or a family wedding to get the answers we deserve...LOL! Even though this companies Management is incompetent or maybe even corrupt we have to keep professional and humane about this situation and hope for the best. Who knows, maybe they have a valid reason for going silent with the media and Shareholders at this time. At this point they may even be kicked off the PinkSheets to the GreySheets. I am just as frusterated as the rest of everyone else here as I feel as my money has been stold from me rather than the natural ebb & flow of the markets actions. I want a PR ASAP. The company knows this and they have a legal fudiciary duty to follow through with some explanations; let's see if they do the legal and moral thing. All it takes is 1 Shareholder to BK them in court where they can no longer collect off a scam..........wink-wink. I have gone on and am actively trading highly liquid S&P 500 stocks/options and already made up for my losses here. I wish you the best and one valuable lesson that I have learned from this is that I should have sold when it was high and I should have never invested in a PinkSheet Stock in the first place. I am sticking with what I know best, S&P 500 Companies that have trading patterns that work %80 of the time. I wish you the best and look forward to the company's explanation of all of this in a PR sooner than later.
