Just because the criminals in the market place are succeeding at the moment in stealing the CDIV shareholders blind does not make it right. Nor does it change the truth of Illegal Naked Shorting and the Abscess that these people and their activities are on the market place.

CDIV is Hugely Naked Shorted, period! That is what drove the price down, period!

For CDIV's sake and Societies one can only hope of two things:

First and most preferable would be that the Criminals get right and decide to be a constructive and productive influence and force in Society....or

Second that the SEC gets themselves out of the Flea Bed and away from the Abscess they are sleeping with and do the right thing by Society and start up holding their oath and be Protector of Companies and Shareholders and put the Criminals behind bars and keep them out of Civilized Society!

One can always hope.... and CDIV will still have it's Day!
