an honestly "claim your twitter name campaign" was crap. doesn't really tell people what the company's features are all about. most ppl use twitter have smartphones. and contacts rarely get lost. its a lot easier to pull up your contact list and click call "joe" instead texting a nickname to a number then getting connected. yah it could be useful, if u lost ur phone an couldn't remember a friends number. but your going to need another cell phone to reach him anyways, an chances are the sell phone you find is someone you know that has the persons number.
