Risk, I scanned the filing and determined that there is significant dilution. With CPMCF being an exploration company and in the need of funds for operation, I think this is their only option other than selling shares on the market. I believe this dilution of shares will drive the price down to 00s. This presents a good opportunity to average down for me. I hope to be in at .028 or .033. Even with the dilution I still think there is potential at .065 with a good PR relating to their findings. I expect massive selling for the rest of the week.
