For TIV investors. Any of you experienced investors actually analyze the financial statements? From what I gather, the company stated, "For the full year, total revenue was $4.9 million in 2010 compared with $1.5 million in 2009. The increase was driven by gains on the sales of assets, including two non-strategic properties in California and the Admiral Calder calcium carbonate quarry in Alaska, as well as a significant increase in revenues from oil and gas production."

Just because a company increases Revenue does not necessarily mean that they are making a profit or have a bright future ahead of them. Their plans for Alaska are speculation at best. Plus, oil prices will begin to fall so the revenue from that will be short lived.

Will this stock make a nice short term run? In my opinion, yes. Take the small profit and find another sound investment.

Once again, this is only my opinion and you should take anyone's opinion (including mine) with a grain of salt.
