To answer your question on the ARSC board about why they can't get financing. I hashed that out with Frank and Bob about close to two years ago. They told me they can't get govt money because they have no employees AND they have to be making money. They tried that approach already. Tough economy as well...hydrogen generators may be the wave of the future but finance money just isn't that simple to get a hold of in this economy.
