Chivito : as of feb, 25,2011 the OS was about 203 mil , I would think that the OS now giving the last 10 days trading is about 350 mil or less , since most of shares just changed hands . this can still run big with OS less than 500 mil . what you saying is "WAS" , would new managment has different approach ? I dont know , I know its a high risk just like any OCT , and the fact the had 1/1000 R/S had given them a black eye , but this is all new managment .lets give them a chane !! trade on your own risk ! it could be in dollar land in few weeks/months , it could be in tripple zero land also ...the more the risk , the higher the return , I do count on the un-expected ..if I counted on the expected from an OTC ..I will never ever have touched an OTC stock ...ever , I already suffered great loss on this so far , but I dont think the game is over yet ! lets just wait and see
