also I find it interesting how the promoter claims the reason he knows everything is just because of good DD, yet someone points out there is nothing on file, but somehow his DD knows it is being worked on, just like every other supposed task of the new Faux-BEHL.

You'd have to be either part of the company, a promoter, or an investor with inside information, in order to know that X, Y, and Z are being worked on even though no official public paperwork or evidence exists. Seems to me the wheels have been coming off for a while now. No reasonable explanation exists that shows otherwise.
