DA uses the word SOON to hype the PPS, IMO! When he said back in Jan. that the Financials would SOON be out, and if he meant by the end of March, why not say that. There is a date that he has to meet. If he cannot meet a Financial Filing date, how are we to even think about an uplisting?

Soon is soon! Not longer than 2 weeks! If DA issues a date as the G.O was supposed to be and then has to change the date, that is fine if he lets us know and tells us why. But otherwise it looks like hype with no action and then we stop believing what he has to say and the PPS gets hit.

Don't believe me? Look at the PPS and what it did back in Feb after the hype with no results. The longer DA holds off getting the Financials that he talks about done, the worse it gets.

And we still do not have a time for the Grand Opening or Invitations that I am aware of.
