15 HOURS...Dang. Oil, I dunno, we'll see. I believe that a lot more than 200. I think those outlandish numbers are possible but a LOT would have to go bad. You never know though, the oil rich side of the world is getting crazier every day in there (cough, LOL) quest for freedom over there....
