I like the QPSA Action. Let it churn here and inch its way up. Sooner or later we are going to get a new DSM Contract and then I think we explode to the upside. LOL...just imagine down the road a piece what kind of Cup and Handle breakout QPSA would have once it gets back up to $15ish and establishes a handle! That technically would say that the Handle would be added to the dip at the bottom of the cup...about $9.00 making QPSA possibly explode off that handle to $15ish + $9ish = $24.00.
