Good point but the Docket is so carefully worded that I don't think we could draw any concrete solution. 13 parties reject the plan, Tricadia wanting minor changes, Cors receiving $ from undisclosed assets, exclusivity period expires Apr 1.

All makes for the great DD and discussions we've had thus far and to each person's contributions, wow great work. I think we're either in or out, but my gut feel is the final answer is just around the corner.
