Dear Sir: I sincerely wish I had an explanation. I'm sure many people think that I must
be making a lot of money by dumping my shares. Nothing could be further from the truth.
I and anyone associated with AppTech have not sold any shares. Theres a lot of false
rumors being circulated that is scaring investors. I can tell you that I am very optimistic
that our share price will rebound. There are many good things that we are developing with
our new partner SuperStar Learning. We firmly believe that we will make a mark in changing
the face of education.

I own a pretty good amount of APCX share and i was wondering... why is the stock dropping dramatically? Alot of investors have been dumping it and was wondering whats the deal with APCX
