What exactly are you going to show to a lawyer that would lead them to think something is "sanctionable"?

No judge is going to punish a lawyer who represents a client bringing a civil complaint. The lawyer is doing what he's supposed to do... Represent his client's interest. It's not the purview of criminal courts to decide who is or isn't the CEO of QASP.

For that matter, what exactly are you going to show to a lawyer that isn't going to make the lawyer shake his head and say: "Don't be playing the stinky-pinkys."
