OS shares decreased, float or shares trading went up to 128,864,235 from 108 million, and that was after a "185 million buyback". I don't see how you think the float went down.

Since the 40,000,000 buy back announced on 2/17 not very many if any have been bought on the market to reduce the float. Total trading since 2/17 is probably less than 15,000,000 and GOSY only had $16K or so in cash. If GOSY bought all of the shares traded where did the 50 grand or so come from, carebot sales?

So we will have to wait until July to see how the float has changed. My prediction is it's going up.
