Sorry Bongo, but I talked to the CEO yesterday also. He said that the S-1 filings for the audit won't be given to the SEC no sooner than 2 weeks. Maybe even 3 weeks. So I am going to wait on the press release. Have read posts too many times with investors posting wishful thinking instead of fact. jmo
