I agree Biglbby, IF ?? If, George actually does what he said he will do and reduce shares, acquisitions and JV's and provides full transparency we should be good. Just taking a lot longer than he said it would so, he should not have set those expectations IMO.

Now saying the above , all ICOA needs is for them to follow through with what they already Promised in all their past PR's, and of course a lot of help from J/V's etc and even ICOA will be finally able to TAKE OFF and Fly like the following first of it's kind Model Plane run on ( JET Engines ) can do: it only took a Dream, right help in putting it all together and Yes look what can happen, a Dream come to actual Life & does Fly.
Will ICOA ever get off the Ground ?? I for one , say Yes it can. IMO & Will. our only question and when, not if. IMO
