I did not ask for the TA numbers only what the current SS was. Here is was my first email:

Mr. Khoo,

I have been investing in your Ghana operation since August 2010 and think you are making great progress in implementing your business plan. Also thanks for the updates that you are providing the share holders.

How ever I have a question that would calm the nerves of many other investors in EMLL. Is it possible to release any numbers on the outstanding\preferred shares as I am always protecting EMLL and feel that a release into the PR news wire would be hold a lot more water, or gold for that matter, crossing my fingers.

Some are clinging too a major dilution and I just do not see it. Along with the non-reporting action is making them even more suspect of this action happening even more since you are not required to file these types of actions. I realize that EMLL has a reason for this and hope that it is in the share holders and officers of EMLL bottom line.

This is my second request for some type of action on this matter and a reply would be appreciated, even if it is a no.
