You are the man! Thanks for your great work on this topic and everything else you've done to keep us informed. A final question....

So we're at 1.6B fully diluted now, and Rabin stated that they don't intend to increase the authorized at this time. Is my assumption accurate that ACTC should be able to operate under the authorized limit until May 2012, or until a JV is executed? Any thoughts on that would be appreciated.
