In the 3/16/11 PR it states:

Neukomm continued, "After a recapitalization of iVoice (Pink Sheets:IVOI) and a name change to Hydra Fuel Cell Corp., we expect that the dividend will be approximately one (1) share of new Hydra stock for each 150 current shares of ARSC. We expect that the value of Hydra is such that its initial trading range will be between $0.08 and $0.16 per share."

what does "recapitalization" mean? Anyone's guess imo. I think you may also see an ARSC R/S. The numbers don't add up (1 share for every 150) at the 20,000,000,000 A/S.

I just don't see Hydra's worth at $11M-$22M to produce the .08-.16 value after the spin-off at current share structure. If it were true, the MMs an big investors would have figured it out long ago, they would not have had all the financing problems that they had, they would not have sat at no-bid for 6 months, and would not be wrestling at 1/2 right now

if you look at the number of shares bought last week below the ask (@350M), look at yesterday's volume at .0001 (30%+ profit) and look at todays volume (way down) I think the mm's have now covered all the shorts, sold off all the below ask purchases and it's retail volume now.

going to need another billiion at 2 to tick up to 3
