IMO,I do not believe the LOI RGYH Acquisition is dependent upon the PUC approval.
We may be getting news any day now,as it seems to be an all stock transaction,in a completely separate jurisdiction,not requiring any NH authroratative agency to decide.
I think we are putting too much emphasis on the PUC approval timeline, understandably so,since the berlin project has always been our main historic reference to any potential revenues.
IMHO,things have taken a dramatic turn,since the potential acquisiton of RGYH will bring in revenues in a more immediate fashion with very little capital outlay,in exchange of ownership.
My eyes are fixed on RGYH news.
