What is to say that the pps will drop if there is not a PR release prior to Q1 end?

I wonder if they are delaying on purpose so the PPS drops after 1Q... that way insiders can buy back cheap shares?

If investors are true behind the reason they bought shares, then they believe in the company. PR's are only a means to update the public and keep them informed. Just because a PR is not released is no reason for investors to sell their shares...ESPECIALLY if they had acquired said shares during the buyout frenzy levels.

But I will say this, if the pps drops...I'll be there to quietly accumulate as many as I can afford to buy. And then I'll continue my holding pattern until something eventually happens. IHSN/HM3 is a real company trying to do real business. And something will eventually happen and my patience will pay off nicely. (Just like HNHI, I'm sure those investors went through some pretty vague times but continued to hold faith in the company...and now HNHI's pps is $0.76 up from $0.04-.05?? not to mention HNHI peaked at $1.65.

The business model is very conceivable and achievable as well. And Chris/Tim have put up their own money to get this company started on the right track. So needless to say there is a LOT on the line.
