There is a fine line between "talking" and accusations. Once that line is crossed and words like scam, liar etc are used then that has a direct impact on the company. It not only diminishes shareholder confidence it creates obstacles in future negotiations with potential partners. So as "innocent" as you think all the allegations may be they can have an impact on the bottom line. In that case a company (or individual) has every legal right to pursue compensation for damages. GO APCX!!!!!
