All hell is breaking loose in the world right now with no signs of improvement. Heck, Japan may become inhabitable, radiation has reached Vancouver and other cities up the west coast and now the US is going to spend Billions more in Libya that it can not afford. As bad as it is and as bad as the forecast seems this is a dream-like scenario for Gold and those who own Gold.
