reaffirmation of local government endorsement and support

I discovered this a couple of days ago, and post it on YMB

On SWITOW website, if you look to the top of the webpage, you will see they just got an endorsement from local government. Anyone who can read Chinese please translate it for us.

Now that is something shorts do not want you to know. Imagine that, with all the noises and accusations of fraud, it gets a seal of approval from local government!

Last time I checked, about a couple of days ago, the endorsement was not there.

Here is quote from one of posters on that endorsement:

"??? (Communist Youth League) Communist Youth League usually is one level down organization from communist party. Many leaders, including previous communist general secretory and current communist general secretory have been the general secretory of Communist Youth League."
