I'm in favor of Neuro's outsourcing approach... ie I would like the Sickle Crisis issue to be wound up in a good RD partnership, but with a caveat or two.

1. If it wouldn't harm a RD deal....
2. More important, might A Sickle Cell foundation type of structure be a source of advancing CX717? ala MJ Fox.

Especially if 2. might be true. Say Cortex can raise 5-6 million by a foundation or say even 2 million by a Sickle Cell Disease foundation, that would be enough to fund a phase IIa small trial. Then, it makes sense.
