On the surface, your question does seem intriguing. In an effort to get you an answer, I have e-mailed the author of the article that you posted. I will let you know if I get an answer. It would seem though, that your question should have been asked late last year when the deadline for the launch was not met. Who knows why the situation has unfolded this way. Business decisions are modified every day in some companies.

Do you ever try to get answers from the company when you see what you think is subtrefuge with shareholders? Or, do you simply view yourself as a balancing act for what you consider to be pumpers? Is there anything that you actually like about this company?

It sure seems as if this company is setting the stage for substantial short term growth. They also appear to be setting themselves up as a fully reporting company going forward.
