Very informative but the one thing I have a hard time comprehending, since this seems to be in favor of a DPO in many ways, is why so many ( actually an overwhelming amount it seems) of companies use the R/M process to go public.

Odd if the DPO is as good as this guy makes it out to be.....interesting or slanted opinion to sell a service like the R/M law firm web pages ??
